Gently heat for up to two minutes in your microwave to assist in the easing of cramps and pains, and soothe tired muscles. Or, cool down in your freezer to reduce swelling or overworked joints.
Pair with a Velvet Eye Mask
Ingredients: Barley and Lavender
Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
