Both are hand-filled here in Australia with a relaxing aromatic blend of Barley, Rosemary, Lavender, Juniper Berries and Chamomile Flowers to help ease stress and bring a sense of comfort.

Heat Pillows can support the easing of symptoms related to muscle cramps, pains and aches when gently heated in the microwave, and soothe tired muscles when cooled in the refrigerator.

Pair with a matching Eye Mask or Linen Eye Pillow

Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.
