Tariffs and Duties — United States

Great news for our US customers: Tonic now covers all customs duties and import tariffs for orders shipped to the United States. The price you pay at checkout already includes any applicable tariffs, there are no surprise fees on delivery. We prepay duties and handle customs clearance to help your order arrive smoothly. If customs needs additional information, we’ll reach out, but you won’t be charged extra for tariffs or import duties.
• Effective 17th November 2025, Tonic will pay any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by U.S. authorities on goods sold through tonic.net.au and shipped to addresses in the United States. Customers will not be required to pay additional tariffs or import duties upon delivery.
 • Tonic will prepay or reimburse applicable duties as necessary to facilitate customs clearance. This policy applies only to shipments to U.S. addresses for orders placed on tonic.net.au.
• This policy does not remove any applicable U.S. domestic taxes (for example state or local sales tax) that may be collected at checkout where required by law.
• In some cases U.S. customs may request additional information or documentation. If that occurs, Tonic may contact the customer to obtain the required information. Tonic is not responsible for customs processing delays beyond our control.
• If additional charges are incurred due to incorrect shipping information or failure to provide requested documentation (for example storage or return-to-sender fees charged by customs), the customer may be responsible for those charges.
• Tonic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this policy at any time; changes will be posted on our website.

 

FREIGHT AND DELIVERY

At Tonic we endeavour to post your items as quickly as possible and as safely as possible. Once your items have left our warehouse we put our trust into Australia Post and Direct Freight to deliver your items without issue, should you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us HERE

Please ensure your delivery details are correct & include apartment numbers and any other relevant information. Please include the business name, if shipping to a business.

Orders within Australia

Tonic orders are sent using either Australia Post or a Courier Service with Direct Freight.

Australia Post

All Australia Post deliveries require a signature. If no one is in attendance your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.

The follow shipping rates apply for Australia Post delivery :
Standard Shipping via Australia Post - $15.00
Express Post via Australia Post - $23.00

Free Standard shipping with Australia Post is available for orders over $120 within Australia.

International Orders

For our International Shipping, we use Australia Post. Guidelines for delivery times deadlines are available HERE.

All Tonic orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

For selected destinations, a flat shipping rate is applied to your cart for Australia Post standard international service.

All other destinations - pricing is applied to your Cart Totals based on your order size & destination.

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to European destinations.
