We endeavor to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days. More information can be found on our shipping page.

Tonic ships all orders from Melbourne, Australia.

At this time we do not offer click and collect for orders.

We don't include invoices in our parcels with pricing details so your recipient won't know what you've spent.

If your order is a gift, we offer a free message service at checkout so you can include a card.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us info@tonic.net.au and we will do our best to assist. If your order is already in the packing queue, changes and cancellation may not be possible so please check your order carefully before completing it.

Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking link that will direct you to the Australia Post website for information.

If you selected Courier Service, you will be emailed a tracking number and a link for the tracking home page where this number can be entered.

Please contact us via email info@tonic.net.au with any tracking concerns and include your order number for investigation.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your Tonic order please email us info@tonic.net.au or call +61 3 9523 1377 explaining the situation and we will be happy to assist. We recommend opening your parcel as soon as you receive it so any issues can be solved without delay.

Each Tonic Heat Pillow and Heat Wrap comes with instructions on the label. Should the label have been removed you can follow the instructions below.

Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.

Due to the barley filling all heat pillows should be carefully spot cleaned only with a lightly damp cloth. The barley filling cannot get wet.

Tonic Heat Pillows are finished and filled here in Melboure, Australia using locally sourced barley and botanical ingredients.
The fabric outer is sewn in China. Our Liberty Heat Pillows use Tana Lawn™ cotton that is produced and printed in Italy.

Weighted Eye Pillows are ideal for use during meditation and savasana practice to finish a satisfying yoga session. The gentle weight of the flaxseed and botanical fill assists with blocking light and increasing focus.

During hayfever season, a chilled eye pillow can offer relief from sinus pain and discomfort. Simply chill you eye pillow in the fridge or freezer until cool and lay across your temples for a soothing treatment.

For dry eyes and aches, your weighted eye pillow can also be used warm. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds, then in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Use caution and do not overheat.
