Returns Policy

Goods may be returned if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery.

If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued. Please contact us via the contact page or on info@tonic.net.au before returning your item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return.

Please choose your Tonic product carefully. We endeavour to provide as much detail in our descriptions as possible, however, please feel free to contact us if you have any queries about a product. If you do change your mind, please contact us to discuss an alternative.

 

Items must be returned in the condition of which they were received, and all packaging must remain intact.

Items being returned because of a change of mind will be shipped at the customers cost.

Please make sure you contact us within 7 days of accepting delivery.
