Free Shipping applies to all Australian Retail Orders $50 and over.
For all Australian Retail Orders $49 and under the following shipping rates apply:
Australia Post Standard Delivery 3-7 days from despatch $11.00 (inc GST)
Australia Post Express Delivery 1-3 days from despatch $16.50 (inc GST)
Australia Post is generally used for International Shipping and pricing is applied to your Cart Totals.
Generally, all products will be shipped within 1-2 working days and we will always attempt to ship your order within this estimated period. If the expected delivery period for your requested product(s) is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order. All due care is given with packing your item to ensure a safe delivery.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 there have been delays with Australia Post deliveries both within Australia and with international deliveries that are unfortunately beyond our control. We recommend allowing longer for your Tonic delivery to arrive.
Goods may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery. No refunds will be provided for a change of mind or for an incorrect choice.
If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued. Please contact us via the contact page at www.tonic.net.au before returning item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return. Items being returned are shipped at the customers cost.
