FREIGHT AND DELIVERY
At Tonic we endeavour to post your items as quickly as possible and as safely as possible. Once your items have left our warehouse we put our trust into Australia Post and Direct Freight to deliver your items without issue, should you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us HERE
Please ensure your delivery details are correct & include apartment numbers and any other relevant information. Please include the business name, if shipping to a business.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 there have been delays with Australia Post deliveries both within Australia and with international deliveries that are unfortunately beyond our control. We recommend allowing longer for your Tonic delivery to arrive.
Orders within Australia
Tonic orders are sent using either Australia Post or a Courier Service with Direct Freight.
Australia Post
All Australia Post deliveries require a signature. If no one is in attendance your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.
The follow shipping rates apply for Australia Post delivery :
Standard Shipping via Australia Post - $11.00
Express Post via Australia Post - $16.50
Free Standard shipping with Australia Post is available for orders over $100 within Australia.
We endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee a set time frame. Should you have any concerns you can find delivery estimates here or contact us HERE
Courier Service
We are pleased to offer a courier service via Direct Freight as an alternative to Australia Post within Australia.
This service does not require a signature – your parcel will be left if there is no one in attendance. If there is no safe place for a parcel to be left, redelivery charges will apply.
The following shipping rates apply for courier service delivery :
Orders $100 and over - $12.00
Orders below $100 - $17.50
International Orders
For our International Shipping, we use Australia Post. Guidelines for delivery times deadlines are available HERE.
All Tonic orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
For selected destinations, a flat shipping rate is applied to your cart for Australia Post standard international service.
All other destinations - pricing is applied to your Cart Totals based on your order size & destination.
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to European destinations.
RETURNS POLICY
Goods may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery. No refunds will be provided for a change of mind or for an incorrect choice.
If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued. Please contact us via the contact page at www.tonic.net.au before returning item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return. Items being returned are shipped at the customers cost.
