FREIGHT AND DELIVERY
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 there have been delays with Australia Post deliveries both within Australia and with international deliveries that are unfortunately beyond our control. We recommend allowing longer for your Tonic delivery to arrive.
Tonic orders are sent using either Australia Post eParcel Shipping or a Courier Service with Direct Freight.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct & include apartment numbers and any other relevant information. Please include the business name, if shipping to a business.
All Australia Post deliveries require a signature. If no one is in attendance your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.
The holiday season is fast approaching, Australia Post are expecting some delays and are anticipating a very busy season for postal. To receive your orders in time for Christmas and to avoid disappointment, Australia Post will need you to order from us by:

All Orders can also be sent via Australia Post Express - $16.50
We are pleased to offer a courier service via Direct Freight as an alternative to Australia Post within Australia.
This service does not require a signature – your parcel will be left if there is no one in attendance.
If there is no safe place for a parcel to be left, redelivery charges will apply.
To receive your order in time for Christmas and to avoid disappointment, for courier delivery we will need you to order from us by 17th December

For our International Shipping, we use Australia Post. Pricing is applied to your Cart Totals.

At Tonic we endeavour to post your items as quickly as possible and as safely as possible.
Once your items have left our warehouse we put our trust into Australia Post and Direct Freight to deliver your items without issue, should you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us HERE
Goods may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery. No refunds will be provided for a change of mind or for an incorrect choice.
If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued. Please contact us via the contact page at www.tonic.net.au before returning item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return. Items being returned are shipped at the customers cost.
