Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.

I have alot of neck tension that gives me terrible headaches, so I've been on the hunt for something that sits comfortably around the neck and doesn't fall off when you move around. This is it! It has a beautiful Lavender scent, lovely soft material and sits nicely around the neck allowing you to still do things with it on. I got one for myself and someone else in Dusty Rose and Smokey Grey, we both love them!
