All orders are sent using Australia Post eParcel Shipping, which is a door to door service. Please ensure you delivery details are correct & include apartment numbers, or any other relevant information. Please include the business name, if shipping to a business.
Free Shipping within Australia (only) for all retail orders $50 AUD
For all Australian Retail Orders $49 and under the following shipping rates apply:
Australia Post Standard Delivery 3-7 days $10.00 (plus GST)
Australia Post Express Delivery 1-3 days $15.00 (plus GST)
For our International Shipping, we use Australia Post. Pricing is applied to your Cart Totals.
After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. (Please check your junk mail if you do not receive this email). This email will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number.
Shipping can be tracked, both in Australia & overseas. Please note a signature may be required upon delivery.
Generally, all products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and we will always attempt to ship your order within this estimated period. If the expected delivery period for your requested product(s) is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
Orders placed after 10am on Friday and over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Christmas Timeframe, we are subject to postal service timeframes, we recommend ordering before December 14th, to ensure delivery before Christmas.
All due care is given with packing your item to ensure a safe delivery.
Goods may be returned only if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery. No refunds will be provided for a change of mind or for an incorrect choice.
If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued. Please contact us via the contact page or at www.tonic.net.au before returning item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return. Items being returned are shipped at the customers cost.
