Directions for use: Place your heat pillow in the microwave, ensuring turntable is clean. Heat on high for 1 minute, turning half way through to prevent hot spots. If further heating is required, repeat in 20 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
Not suitable for use in flatbed microwaves.
To use as a cooling pillow, place in refrigerator until desired temperature is reached.

Cuddly and comforting

I bought this for my 92year old mum and she wears it all day. She finds it comforting for very sore shoulders and neck. It is far too hot to heat it at the moment, but just having that wonderful soft cuddly wrap has made such a difference to her. Thank you
