All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days and we will always attempt to ship your order within this estimated period. If the expected delivery period for your requested product(s) is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 there have been delays with Australia Post deliveries both within Australia and with international deliveries that are unfortunately beyond our control. We recommend allowing longer for your Tonic delivery to arrive.
Goods may be returned if found to be delivered faulty or there was an error in delivery.
If the product is found to be faulty it will be replaced and if we are unable to replace it a credit will be issued. Please contact us via the contact page or at www.tonic.net.au before returning item(s) and let us know the invoice number and reason for your return.
Please choose your Tonic product carefully. We endeavour to provide as much detail in our descriptions as possible, however, please feel free to contact us if you have any queries about a product. If you do change your mind, please contact us to discuss an alternative.
Items must be returned in the condition of which they were received, and all packaging must remain intact.
Items being returned because of a change of mind will be shipped at the customers cost.
